New flashlight; missing or lost rubber cover to the power switch. I was told it will be an easy replacement installation. Hoping for the best

Am in process of returning light for repairs or replacement. Maglite (rechargeable) would not take a charge after installation of new battery I ordered thru Amazon

Can't get batteries out of maglite

Effortless on their part could care less about customers. Even down to this survey they just square pegs going into round holes. No idea what a customer is and no willingness to resolve issues. Just citing company policy and that is it. No human factor no empathy no willingness to resolve the matter at hand. What a complete waste of human energy. Why bother even having a customer service department. There should be a warning label on the packaging. You're on your own.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company they do not value their customers.

I need a operational light and the old 4 cell I have failed. It was very reliable but I want to switch to led technology

Can't open battery compartment

I drop my mag light 3 feet onto a ceramic tile floor, now the light doesnt come on, the battery compartment does not open. Is a service center near me? I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL my ZIP Code is 33301
